QUALITY &
RELIABILITY

AT THE HEART OF ALL WE DO

Achieving Broxton’s level of consistent quality and on-time deliveries demands a leading-edge manufacturing management system and continual product checks. Our quality system has been ISO approved for over ten years, and when combined with world-class equipment and highly skilled people, means we achieve greater than 99.5% (regularly 100%) on time and quality, even including high-mix, low-volume runs.

PRODUCT
SPECIFICATION

GETTING IT RIGHT FIRST TIME

When you have a new part for manufacture our consultants work with you from the outset to ensure your master data is correct in every detail. Our aim, under our New Product Introduction Management system, is to debug all design and process issues so manufacturing is as efficient and consistent as it can be. We expect to deliver conforming product 100% of the time.

PART
VALIDATION

ENSURING THE PERFECT RESULT

To ensure each part is meeting your specification, we have invested heavily in world class metrology tools and installed integrated quality systems to validate what is being produced. This includes dimensional checks and 100% visual check on surface finishing and print, fit and function. Above all, we have an ingrained care ethic from first meeting to final delivery.

INSPECTION
BY LASER

FASTER AND MORE DEPENDABLE

Broxton has been one of the UK pioneers in the sheet metalwork subcontracting world when it comes to installing automated laser inspection. Rather than the laborious traditional process of virtual callipers, our Virtek High Speed laser system validates blanks in less than 60 seconds. The result: no human error, higher quality, less scrap plus improved cost effectiveness and delivery times.

ENVIRONMENT
MATTERS

MINIMISING OUR IMPACT

Broxton is committed to observing all environmental laws and regulations, and our management system is programmed to help us achieve this. Our aim is to eliminate the generation of wastes of all kinds and reduce our energy consumption. Also, through close cooperation with our suppliers, we comply with the EU's Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and REACH directives.
