Assembly & Integration
Broxton's electro-mechanical assembly services provide a cost-effective flow of subassemblies and kits onto customers' assembly lines and direct into the field.
We assemble a wide variety of parts, from mechanical items such as metalwork, plastics and fasteners to electrical items including PSUs, fans, wiring looms and PCBs. Many parts such as fasteners and inserts are fed direct to our cell stock locations by TR Fasteners, who provide full consignment stock via a vendor-managed inventory system.
Flexible assembly cells designed for quick configuration are set up for individual product batches, ensuring that high levels of product quality and productivity are achieved. Cells are equipped with high speed tools and are Electro-static Discharge Compliant (ESD).
