Laser Cutting
The addition of Trumpf's L2510 high speed automated laser provides valuable capacity for materials up to 12 mm thick, with additional benefits of perfect edge quality, no tool changes and reduced set up, and optimum nesting for improved sheet utilisation.
Set up is extremely fast with rapid first off inspection using Virtek's High Speed Automated Laser Inspection System and our own 'fast access' metal storage system. As a result, even small batch production is cost-effective.
