Many lighting products require the full range of processes from punching and folding, turning and milling to painting and assembly.
Downlight assemblies are often produced in volume using aluminium on automated machines running through the night, and can be supplied as a wired and electrically tested assembly, ready for the end user market. Our machining cell regularly produces parts for LED downlights 24 hrs a day, unmanned, meaning we can offer a virtually unbeatable package of quality and value.
Broxton has full sheet metalwork, machining and finishing capabilities in-house, and the benefits of this are significant. Firstly the cost of supply is reduced with a single, leaner manufacturing source, and, secondly, quality and lead times are improved with greater control from our one-stop-shop operation.
