Dedicated Project Managers are assigned to ensure we understand all of your requirements, both technical and commercial, and successfully co-ordinate all activities to the satisfaction of the customer.

Often, as part of this process, samples are provided for verification and approval, thus ensuring that any drawing or specification shortfalls are captured before volume production.

Our aim is to make this introduction phase easy and risk free for our customer.

Key NPI milestones:

  • Fully understand customers requirements (technical, commercial, logistical, quality etc)
  • Create a plan with key milestones and deliverables. Manage timeline to avoid delays
  • Set parts up on Broxton system, including process plans and Bills of Materials
  • Technical review incorporating process verification and Design For Manufacture (DFM)
  • Production engineering and machine code generation
  • Sample approval and manufacturing data sign off
  • Volume production
