Focused Training Drives Efficiency

One of the ways in which we deliver great value to our customers is by investing in our people and processes to continuously improve in respect of cost, quality and leadtime. Exceptional performance in quality and on time delivery do not come easily!

We have recently completed a project, supported by the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing, which targeted our CNC punch area, with an objective of reducing set times on changeovers, improving product flow, and eliminating material quality errors.

 

Our 2 shift leaders have both now achieved NVQ level 2 qualification in the NSAM approved Business Improvement Techniques qualification.
