Cirencester-based sheet metalwork specialist, Broxton Industries Limited, has won two awards in the prestigious biennial Metalworking Production (MWP) Awards. The company came first in the category ‘Best Subcontractor Assembly and Finishing’ as well as being commended in the ‘Best Subcontractor Forming and Fabrication’ section - for which Broxton won first place at the MWP awards in 2004.

Swindon student Scott Bailes, who is an apprentice at leading sheet metalwork specialist, Broxton Industries, has won the Avon Vale Training Award for the Best Overall Engineering Student at the 2006 Swindon College’s Annual Awards Ceremony.

Increased demand for electro-mechanical assembly leads to significant expansion in Broxton’s integration services

Sheet metalwork specialist, Broxton Industries Limited, has announced significant enhancements to its assembly services. The company now offers everything from the supply of mechanical enclosures to full assembly of computer products, including software loading and test.

Cirencester-based sheet metalwork specialist, Broxton Industries Limited, has announced the completion of a major powder paint plant installation. The £100,000 investment has included a complete refurbishment of the factory, with new roof and cladding, and a major change in layout with an almost three-fold increase in track length. The powder paint line includes a new three-stage iron phosphate pre-treatment system and an efficient gas convection oven.

Broxton is named ‘Best Subcontractor - Forming and Fabrication’ in major Metalworking Production awards

Broxton Industries Limited has scooped the title of ‘Best Subcontractor – Forming and Fabrication’ in this year’s prestigious Metalworking Production (MWP) Awards. The internationally recognized, biennial awards - which were initiated in 1984 - are designed to promote the great talent and ability concentrated in the world’s metalworking industry. MWP Award sponsors include the Royal Bank of Scotland Business Banking and the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA).
