Substantial investment in surface finishing technology enables Broxton to offer a complete finishing service- from 3 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment to specialist paint finishes and screen-printing. A wide range of finishes is available for all sub-straight materials.
Powder coating is provided in highly economical and durable finishes, with fast and efficient colour changes, made possible by our electrostatic powder coat line with 3 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment, state-of-the-art Nordson booths and gas convection ovens.
Our clean room wet spray booth provides the highest quality wet spraying for metal and plastic components. Conforming to all current health and safety regulations, most paint systems specified around the world can be applied.
