Broxton has invested significantly in world-class CNC punch technology from Trumpf, a leading provider of computer controlled machine tools for flexible sheetmetal and materials processing.
This technology is at the core of Broxton's high-speed production facility with machine tools capable of punching, shearing, tapping and forming that meet the needs of the most exacting customer. A wide range of standard tooling is available to keep costs to a minimum.
Set up is extremely fast through the use of quick change tooling, and rapid first off inspection using Virtek's High Speed Automated Laser Inspection System and our own 'fast access' metal storage system. As a result, even small batch production is cost-effective.
