We have invested in the latest machine tool technology to deliver a highly efficient and accurate production process with specialist tools and cutting strategies. A combination of 3, 4 & 5 axis machining, lights-out production, plus combined turning and milling, all mean we can offer a remarkably capable service.
Plus, with dynamic tool paths and fully simulated collision detection, thanks to World-class CAM software, we can reduce cycle times, improve quality and importantly protect valuable machine tools from damage so there’s no loss in output.

At Broxton our engineering team are focussed on finding and implementing process improvements with the sole aim to grow capacity, improve quality and lead times plus reduce tooling and material costs.
We operate 24/7 unmanned milling, turning, punching and laser cutting. We have recently invested in a fully automated 5 axis mill with 40 pallet feed along with a new Brother twin pallet 3 axis mill to double furniture part output.

At Broxton, we embrace highly finished parts. We have
our very own world-class powder coating and screen print facility in-house to deliver higher quality finishes. Laser marking, also in-house, provides perfect marking or etching for branding or serial numbering. Plus working with our trusted suppliers we can provide a wide range of treatments including anodizing and polishing.
