In 2018, we opened our new £1M purpose-built powder coating and screen print facility, which features a highly controlled paint process encompassing pre-treatment, paint application, and stoving. Our significant investments in automation across punching, laser cutting, and powder coating have enhanced our efficiency and productivity.
In addition, we offer an assembly service that produces a wide range of electro-mechanical assemblies, providing the ideal solution for sub-assemblies and finished parts tailored to our customers' specific needs.
At Broxton, we have been providing subcontract CNC machining services for over 50 years, serving industries such as aerospace, defence, medical, metrology, and lighting. Our capabilities include milling and turning, using world-class machine tools from Mazak, DMG Mori, and Brother. By leveraging automation and advanced cutting methods, we ensure high-quality, accurate, efficient, and flexible production.
Our skilled engineers utilize advanced CAM to optimize component manufacture, and our services encompass automated 5-axis milling and turning with live tooling, enabling 24/7 ‘lights out’ production. We are experts in machining aluminum and have extensive experience working with specialist stainless steel alloys and engineered plastics.
Our expertise spans small to medium-sized parts, accommodating both simple and complex geometries, and supporting medium volume repeat production. Through the use of multi-axis machining, our ‘done in one’ approach reduces operations for increased efficiency and reduced lead times.
Additional manufacturing services are also provided through our approved subcontract suppliers. These services include, but not limited to, a wide range of plating, pad printing, and wet spray painting.
