At Broxton, we use advanced Trumpf CNC punching technology to deliver exceptional accuracy, speed, and reliability. The all-electric Delta Drive system uses less energy than traditional hydraulic machines. This makes our process ideal for producing light-gauge sheet metal blanks between 1–3mm.
Our automated punch cell includes a SheetMaster Compact with a 2-ton load capacity, allowing unmanned production and increased flexibility. This enables overnight manufacturing, while the SortMaster Compact automatically removes and stacks finished parts ready for the next stage.
Our CNC punching is particularly suited to thin-gauge precision parts with complex forms and threaded features, such as electronic enclosures. Our extensive tooling library supports a wide range of punch and form features, helping customers reduce tooling costs while expanding design possibilities.
Not all punches are equal. Whilst many punches can produce a basic blank, ours has brush bed and descending die technology to ensure scratch-free, high-quality components. A must for products of a certain design and standing.
Our world-class Trumpf punching technology can instantly produce formed features, such as bridges and embosses, tap threads, form small bends and deburr.
Investment in automation supports unmanned production through the night. Two-ton loads can processed, with finished blanks neatly part picked and palletised without human intervention.
Our market leading technology from German sheet metal machine tool leaders Trumpf produce accurate parts, time and time again.
All electric drives save energy over traditional hydraulic machinery, producing more with less.
