Through the use of multi-axis machining, our ‘done in one’ approach reduces operations for increased efficiency and reduced lead times.
We use the latest automated milling and turning technology to efficiently manufacture 24/7. This includes 5-axis fully automated milling (40-pallet machining cell) and turning cells with bar feed and part removal all running ‘lights out’ at night.

We get the most out of our high-performance machine tools. Our talented engineers use sophisticated CAM systems to optimise tool speeds and feeds. Specific expertise in machining aluminium, allows us to push this further leading to highly efficient production.

We also have a wealth of experience managing our supply chain for both materials and treatments, and full traceability is routinely provided along with First Article Inspection reports.
