12 Years. Over 40 Additional Parts. One Partnership.
A partnership built over 12 years, working to improve a critical medical product
We’ve recently begun working with a customer on a major resourcing exercise. "Demand for some regular production parts has dropped for a period, so we have an opportunity to move parts to Broxton (our preferred supplier) to rebalance demand and improve quality and consistency.
So why Broxton? Not because we're the cheapest option, or because we're conveniently located in a great place of the UK.
Because over more than a decade, we've proven to be a reliable, competitive, trustworthy, and able to develop production processes to refine part quality that meets the needs of this challenging medical assembly.
This is what capitalising on high-quality capacity looks like. We're using this as an opportunity to bridge their demand gap and deliver genuine supply chain improvements.
That's what real partnerships look like. Customer-first delivery isn't just a nice phrase. It's how we've built relationships that last through both growth periods and challenging transitions.
Some suppliers chase new customers, but we prefer to grow with the ones we have, especially when they need strategic support.
This medical device company trusted us with a few parts twelve years ago. Today, they're trusting us to help them navigate operational changes so they can continue planning for future growth.
