It was great to welcome product designers from a leading Life Science OEM customer to Broxton last week for an informative and collaborative customer visit focused on New Product Introductions (NPI).
The day included presentations, technical discussions, and tours of our machine shop and fabrication facilities, where we showcased our in-house manufacturing capabilities, aluminium expertise, enclosure solutions, and integrated processes.
It was a valuable opportunity to discuss:
- Effective collaboration during NPI
- The role of 3D models and technical drawings
- Early supplier involvement and project support
- Streamlined communication and project leadership
