International Women in Engineering Day
Today we're recognising the women across our business who contribute to our success every day. Making up 10% of our workforce, their roles include product assembly, masking, purchasing, account management, finance, and marketing. We're proud to have them on the team and hope to see more women in technical roles in the future.
