The improvements you didn't ask for (but will be glad we made)
Sometimes our team spots opportunities for enhancement that weren't originally outlined.
Last week, we refined a part to improve quality. We added a slot for positioning back stops to make a bend more consistent. We also changed a pop rivet to a solid rivet to improve head flatness.
The result? Niggles have gone away. The part now assembles perfectly, and the overlay now sits flat with no imperfections.
When you have decades of experience in the building, you notice things and we consider it part of the service.
